Hallo,
auf einem Windows-XP hatte ich früher schon mal eine Installation von Typo3. Nun beschäftige ich mich noch mal mit der Materie und hab mir (zuletzt) den Installer Typo3_Quickstart_3.8.1_1.1 besorgt.
Dieser installiert statt ImageMagick GraphicsMagick, was laut Installertool (Basic Configuration) funktioniert:

Wechsle ich aber im Installertool ins Image Processing, genauer zu Reading image formats, dann fallen sämtliche Bildertests negativ aus, z.B.:

Auch im BE werden keine Thumbnails der hochgeladenen Grafiken angezeigt.
Woran kann es liegen?
Das gleiche Problem trat schon vorher auf, ich typo3_wamp_v3-8-1_setup.exe (mit ImageMagick 4.2.9) installiert habe.
Das Installertool sagt Folgendes über die Konfiguration:
