Many users new to TYPO3 ask us why we don't have nice, clean templates ready for a quick start. Of course, there are these ugly static templates which didn't change since version 3.5, but they are not up-to-date anymore.
Your job will be to create and maintain a template repository page on typo3.org where everybody can download nice, clean XHTML compliant templates as t3d files ready for use within TYPO3.
Of course, you don't need to create all the templates on your own, your job is instead to lead the team and coordinate the efforts.
