Editor BBCODE

How do I get the editor to display the BB CODE formatted like the standard TYPO3 RTE?

I see the editor here shows bold text as bold, but in my editor I see the BB code wrapped around the text. What do I have to do to get this to work. Also smilies are shown as BB Code too and not as images like in this forum's editor.

Is there some setting that I have not enabled to do this?

I think mm_forum don't have a builtin' WYSIWYG editor.
