Make sure you're using the correct set of data.

Write config to localconf.php:
Database not configured yet!
You need to specify database username, password and host as one of the first things.
Next you'll have to select a database to use with TYPO3.
Use the form below:

I filled out the form completely with username and password.
Then I pressed the button “update localconf.php”.
This notice appears: ”/www/htdocs/holi/typo3/typo3conf/localconf.php is not writable!”.
This means I cannot install.

Could you help me out please? Thank you!

Hello,

did you read the (installation-)readme-file? You will find there the installation guide for typo3

It seems that safe_mode is on (php module) and there is no database-connection defined.

This is your failure. You must set write permissions to the typo3conf folder and all files inside! See the installation instructions on typo3.org .
