Hallo,

wir haben ein gigantisches Problem...
Wir haben öffters einen Anzeigefehler auf unserer Seite, den man wenn man in das entsprechende Template geht und auf Update klickt beheben kann. Jetzt haben wir gedacht das hängt vll. mit dem Cache zusammen und haben nicht erst das Update durchgeführt und sofort den Cache gelöscht. Jetzt haben wir nur noch weiße Seiten, können uns nicht ins BE und Install Tool einloggen weil alles weiß ist.
Auf dem Server sind noch alle Daten auch andere Dateien lassen sich anzeigen. Die Datenbank ist auch noch gut gefüllt, ob allerdings alle Typo3 Daten da sind kann ich nicht sagen, weil ich die Tabellen und Sturktur der DB nicht so genau kenne, aber ich denke es ist irgendeine Zelle in der DB wo man aus einer 1 eine 0 machen muss, leider gibt es davon so viele...

kann mir vielleicht jemand helfen.

Da ja überhaupt nix geht, sieht das für mich ehr nach einer Fehlkonfiguration von PHP aus und nicht nach einem TYPO3 Problem.

Hallo,

danke für deine Antwort. Das komische ist ja das alles lief, bis zu dem Zeitpunkt an dem der Cache gelöscht wurde.
Die PHPinfo findet man unter: phpinfo()

Ich hoffe das hilft euch weiter.

Welcher Cache wurde denn gelöscht? FE Cache? TYPO3 Conf Cache? Browser Cache? Denn das nach einer Cache Löschung nicht mal mehr das Install Tool geht, ist doch sehr verwunderlich.

Hallo,

das verwundert mich ja auch... Es wurden soweit ich weiß, die beiden Caches "Clear cache in typo3conf/" und "Clear FE cache" geleert.

Hast du mal ins Error Log des Servers geschaut?

Hallo,

ich habe leider keinen Zugriff auf den Server und kann mir die Logs auch nicht anschauen. Ich habe gerade mal die Dateien von einem anderem Typo3 System aus dem Ordner typo2conf dort eingefügt und dann habe ich eine Fehlermeldung bekommen das er die in dem dortigem System verwendeten Extensions nicht findet.

So bringt das nix. Ich kann nur raten, sorry. Wenn du nicht mal Zugriff auf das Error Log hast, würde ich mir mal Gedanken machen, ob das der richtige Hoster ist. Anonsten bleibe ich dabei, dass ich mir kaum vorstellen kann, dass es am leeren des Caches liegt.

schau doch mal in die localconf ob du "PHP Fehlermeldung ausgeben" ausgeschaltet hast.

Aber das das install tool dann auch nicht geht ist ein bisschen komisch.

Ich habe gerade das gleiche Problem und habe die FE-index.php schon einmal geändert, dort waren zwei Fehler. Ausserdem habe ich ein Debug-Output eingebaut, das man anzeigen kann, wenn die Variable $debug auf 1 gesetzt wird:
