Hallo

habe mich gerade mit tt_news rumgeschlagen und dank den Tutorials korrekt installiert. D.h. wenn es kein Eintrag im Newsordner hat, wird das so angezeigt, erstelle ich aber einen Eintrag, erscheint nur die Überschrift, aber nicht der Eintrag. Nun steht zu dem Problem auf dem Wiki folgendes:

If the news extension doesn't display anything (not even an error message) check the following:

   1* did you set a “static template (from Extensions)” in your TS-template?
   2* is the header of the content element displayed on the website? If this is the case then the news content element seems to be configured correctly
   3* Are there any news records in the folder where the "Starting point" field points to?
   4* Did you unhide the news records before saving them.
   5* If you typed the path to the html-template directly in the TS setup-field: is the html-template located in the correct path? (path is case sensitive)
   6* Enable the admin panel (config.adminPanel=1) in your TS setup and look for error messages in the “TypoScript” section: (to see the possible TS errors set the checkboxes as shown in the screen shot below)

2, 3 und 4 treffen zu und sollten daher das Problem nicht verursachen, mein Problem ist, dass ich nicht ganz begreife wie ich an die Einstellungen für 1, 5 und 6 komme. Das mit dem static template aus 1 habe ich soviel ich weiss in der Elternseite eingestellt. Bei den anderen bin ich überfragt. Hätte mir jemand dafür einen Typ?

Punkt1:

hast du ja schon erledigt, sonst noch einmal unter Click her to view..., dann INCLUDE STATIC nachsehen ob Template für tt_news ausgewählt.

Punkt5:

Wenn du tt_news ein Template per TS zugewiesen hast, ist dies auch richtig gemacht?
Z.B so:

Typoscript-Code:

1:	plugin.tt_news.file.templateFile = Pfad/zum/Template

Punkt6:

Mach was dort steht, trage es in TSConfig ein und schau nach....

Ich würde dir raten die News Doku die dabei ist komplett, Schritt für Schritt durchzugehen....

Ich glaub ich habs. Der Pointer in TypoScript zum Templatefile deutet zu einem File das gar nicht existiert. Da ich aber nirgends in meinem Verzeichnis ein Template für die News habe, stellt sich die Frage woher ich das kriege?

Entweder erstellst du selbst eins, oder schau in deinen Constant Editor, dort ist der Pfad zum Standard TEmplate angegeben, den ändern oder wieder auf Standard stellen.
