Wer kann mir einen Tip geben, was ich falsch mache?

Habe auf einen Rechner T3 V.4.2.2 (Installer.exe) installiert und möchte auf dt. Sprache (z.B. im Dummy) umstellen.

Habe im Extension Manager --> Translation Handling aufrufen und German
eingestellt und anschließend Button "Update from repository" gedrückt.

bekomme die Meldungen:

heisst auf Deutsch: Kann nicht herausfinden ob es ein Update für die Sprache gibt.

Mögliche Ursache: Du kommst gar nicht bis zum Server mit deinen Netzeinstellungen. Schau mal im Ext Manager unter den Mirrors, ob dort welche aufgelistet sind und was gewählt wurde.

Das heißt, ich habe nur die Möglichkeit über den Server die Sprache zu aktualisieren?

Ich habe auf einem Testrechner (der nicht im Netz hängt) eine Version 3.8, möchte gern eine neue Testinstallation V.4.2.2 installieren und alte Version löschen. Bei meinem Provider habe ich zur Zeit V.4.1.5 am laufen.

Oder gibt es eine T3-Version, wo ich nicht über den Server für die Aktualisierung der Sprache gehen muß?

Kannst soweit ich weiss auch einfach von einer übersetzten Installation den ordner typo3conf/l10n kopieren
